Walker Peacock, Psy.D.

Psychologist

W. Walker Peacock, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist. He received his Doctorate of Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Colorado College. Dr. Peacock's professional experience has emphasized lifespan development, and has allowed him the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults of diverse backgrounds. Prior to joining the Tarnow Center, Dr. Peacock was with the Colorado State University, where he worked with Division I athletes to develop individual and team performance enhancement plans. He now uses these same principles of Self-Management to help clients identify and overcome their barriers to academic, emotional, and professional success.

Dr. Peacock has specific experience in working with adolescents and young adults as they prepare to take on their own identities and responsibilities. He provides individual and group therapy, depending on the particular client's needs. He also offers family therapy for parents who are looking for ways to help their children grow into competent and confident adults.
