Individual Treatment

Individual Treatment

Each person who seeks therapy comes into the process with his or her own unique life experiences and world views. As such, therapy never looks the same for any two clients.

The Self-Management approach to therapy starts with an assessment of the individual’s skills, needs, and goals for treatment. Once I know where you want to go, I then want to get to know you. Armed with a better understanding of your personality, preferences, and competencies, I can begin outlining a pathway to self-management that fits you, rather than trying to fit you to a pathway.
