Though Major Depressive Disorder symptoms can be treated with therapy and medications, after a depressive episode many people still experience feelings of guilt and lower self-esteem. Neurofeedback is an effective way to help boost self-esteem of depressed patients and strengthen connectivity in the areas of the brain that are affected by depression.
